we do not sell your data. we do not trade it. we do not share it with random third parties, advertisers, or anyone who does not need to see it. your information stays internal and is only accessed by the small group of humans who actually run girlypop records.

if you submit music, files, or creative materials, those remain yours. submitting something does not give us ownership, rights, or permission to use your work without your consent. it simply allows us to review it. if we like it, we will talk to you like adults.

our website may use basic analytics or cookies to understand how people are interacting with the site. this helps us improve things and see what is working. it is not that deep and we are not tracking you across the internet.

you can request that we delete your information at any time by contacting us. if you want to be left alone, we respect that. if you want to be remembered, also fine.
